Kelvin is a successful
serial entrepreneur. He has owned and operated the
following diverse businesses: property development,
building, digital television broadcasting, software
development, resort management, golf academy management,
a network of truck stops, leisure centres, a shopping
centre, two cruise ships and a quarter horse stud and beef
cattle enterprise.
Kelvin has worked in the following countries: Singapore (8 years), Malaysia,
Indonesia, China, Japan, Guatemala, USA and Australia. Kelvin is the
immediate past Chairman of Queensland Entrepreneurs Association Inc.
and sits on the boards of a number of companies (as a non-executive director)
and associations. Kelvin credits his success to a range of systems and
procedures, persistence, drive, communication skills, networking and
